Return Eligibility
Returns and replacement requests are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product received
- Manufacturing defect
To be eligible, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order Number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Description of the problem
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Personal preference or dislike of the product
- Slight color variations caused by screen settings
- Normal wear and tear after use

Replacement Policy
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will prioritize providing a replacement.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return To Origin (RTO) Policy
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Customer unavailable for delivery
- Customer refusing delivery
Any refund issued may be subject to deduction of shipping, handling, and return charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they enter processing or fulfillment.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
